Our Mission
Reach Out strives to:
- enhance access to healthcare and
wellness for the uninsured/under-insured and underserved of San
Diego County through progressive partnerships with private
physicians, ancillary providers and other community resources.
- ensure that all who reside in San
Diego County have access to affordable healthcare.
- promote healthcare as a basic
right of all individuals.
We believe that diversity
